Buddy just reported tons of birds headed south east of KC about an hour

Most left Mound yesterday. A few random, confused stragglers flying in all different directions not knowing what to do.
And they’ll turn around and come right back with temps going into the 50s
Yeah, there were wandering flocks of birds over St. Louis last night and this morning. Going all directions. They'll be headed back north on the south wind the next few days I'm sure.
They returned to squaw in good numbers yesterday and today.
First day out in SE Nebraska. Of course all adults doing the drop to 150 and then slide off. Had a 3 pack drift over about 400yds up. I flip the caller on and they turned and locked up. Never flapped their wings til we shot, killed 2. Dog got a little work in, a bunch of exercise running around while we setup/picked up, and we got the rust knocked off for setting snow spreads.
And they weren't interested much in stopping before the got there today. Most went by a mile high down by st joe
I was driving back from Chicago, and started seeing snow geese just south of Springfield IL today and that was where the snow line was. Lots of them hitting the fields around there.
Seeing migrators here in east central kansas. Wish I had the decoys on my pond.
