It was a wonderful day. I’ll keep the story short but we’ve got a new young dog who loves to hunt but had less than a dozen outings (picture was from mid Nov). Focus was on her all morning. Tossed a gaddy the pup brought back to the pops who looked back with a grin and asked “are you even checking legs?”

He peaked in the blind-corner-bird-pile and found the 2nd band while we all joked about only shooting gaddies and maybe checking legs after that. Next flight and the third band. Was a special day to invite dad on a hunt.
