I think choosing the season structure 5 years at a time is just wrong. This is a great example of day as I say not as I do. They spend tons of money every year with questionnaires but never once asked about this-WWF asks a lot of questions for them. The Conservation Congress has a process where there are DNR advisory questions. None of these processes were followed-they want this and they are doing it regardless of the "process".
