Thanks! I always thought my liver/tick with white blaze was the look I’d have, but now it’s all liver. I had a Lab with my last GSP. It seemed like the perfect system: Nikki pointed, Jet would flush. The Lab did most of the waterwork, but eventually jealousy kicked in & the shorthair would burn on past to grab the bird. I still want a Lab.
Hah! Yea, my best memories of Gill were the days of Ralph Miller, before the shot clock rule. In today‘s world it would painful to watch, but their slow-down defense would stymie the best. These days I hate Corvallis in general.

Ran a 300 yard blind on a cripple today that turned into a chase once she got within 20. I think she will be a good one.

Got a new wingman on Jan. 1st., from a buddy who could no longer keep him, he hadn't been hunted before.. got him out for his 1-year birthday hunt solo. on the 18th., His 3rd retrieve was his first band, he did 10 whites that day.
