Ain't you MOJO, or your mojo lol. There are just fewer ducks. Where I hunt used to be the the black duck haven of the world for how many there were. Would take guys out from out of state who had never seen a black duck and they'd be all giddy killing one (or two depending on the year). Now I hardly see any and the same limit applies to mallards. I hope it's just a normal cycle but then I think of the Passenger Pigeon.

Yep. More so than most of the rest of the Atlantic Flyway.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH, right or wrong has nothing to do with providing food to attract waterfowl, it’s all about MONEY. PERIOD

Dude provided food to attract waterfowl in order to make money. The manner in which he did it is wrong per the law as it has been for over eighty years. In fact, what he did is so wrong he's going to jail. Had he done it right, he would still be running his guide service and making money.

Oh, come on, Bill...you mean "overwinter supplemental aquatic seeding" of corn isn't ordinary ag practice?

    LOL

Pretty ballsy to do it after being busted the year before for the same thing....not sure if he's brave or stupid...

It's even worse in East Central IL where he is.....I've probably shot more mallards in a few years in Canada than he has all his life. Take his words (if you can understand him) with a grain of salt.
