I personally think it bull that the large tracts of land owned by the US/citizens that should be open was allowed to landlocked with no easement to access by the public and the landowner buys 1,000 acres but thinks they own 40,000 acres. I should be able to land on said land with a helicopter and have full use of property. Maybe that should be a business venture.

I agree with CA Birdman. Jumping a corner don't hurt one single thing. Those folks are being greedy with public land. Glad a judge found it right.

When we went out to Wyoming hunting last year I was amazed and disappointed at the amount of BLM land that was land locked!!
Some by a thin 100 yard strip along the road.
Easements should be in place.
