We have been buying Snake River Farm Hams. They pack them in dry ice and ship fast. Best I have had since I stopped raising my own Pigs. A little expensive but when you add up all the meals you get it pencils out. With just two of us we buy the 1/2, bone in Hams. So nice to have a Ham around for sandwiches, with breakfast eggs etc.. We use the bone with some meat left for soup with small french type beans.
