Okay so I dragged the NUWAVE out of the basement did some haddock fish fillets in it coated with fry mix they came out really good. Still cant get my wife to leave on the kitchen counter! Some of the recipes in the book look great.

Have been using one for the last 3 years. No more fried food in grease for me. My favorite is boneless chops dipped in Mayo than breaded and into the air fryer. Outside is crispy and in side moist. Same for fish.

Quick 5 items that make it worth having:

Salmon or halibut 8 minutes at 400 1/2 tablespoon olive oil spread on top of it then season to taste. I don’t like salmon much but kids and wife claim it the best way to cook it.

Dang tator tots. I love tator tots and rearly eat fries but the air fryer makes the Walmart brand of tots absolutely perfect. 15 minutes at 400 i love them super crispy, I can no longer eat a tot deep fried in oil while out to eat to much grease.

Chicken wings with a dry rub, fresh hot no oill at all just dry rub uncooked 18 minutes if frozen, watch the water they create though. The all breast meat chicken chunks from Costco 8 minutes perfect quick lunch

Chocolate chip cookies Costco one no good but the Sam’s club ones in tbe bakery. OMG 4 minutes at 380 things are perfect!!!!!

Left over fried chicken 8 minutes, will make any left over chicken more crispy then when you bought it plus the fryer oil will drip off of it.
