    Drove down to diamond MO to pick up a puppy yesterday..... turkeys were out in full force prior to 10a
    five different fields with 10+ birds in each.... full strutters
    Was cool
    .... not a lab- whoodle :). Cross between a wheaten terrier and poodle. Our second. If he’s half as smart as the first he WILL retrieve a duck or two for me at some point. Hell if uncle Si can do it why can’t I? Lol

    Waiting on things to dry. Planter(s) are ready and close to ready. Tillage equipment ready and sprayers are too. I think I’m ready, or at least I better be cause I’ve made contracts on corn and beans.

    Wow, everyone is off to the races. I tbink it will still be about 30 days for us in NW Missouri but weather and moisture will of course dictate. Did burndown for Sunflower plot in South Central Iowa yesterday. Approximately 12 acres will be ready in about 3 weeks to be cultivated and then planted. Busy time of year. In the meantime gonna chase a Gobbler and hopefully bag a few Morels. Love Spring!!!!!
