Gone is the system that our parents or grandparents lived with where corporations were the backbone of our towns, now they are only locusts looking to suck those same towns dry. My prediction is all out civil war in a decade, question is will corporations be able to divide us by color before then or will they be the prime target they deserve to be.

As we just purchased in TX, There seems to be a LOT of cash being thrown around, crushing your typical buyer, and dazzling sellers. The techies selling out their portfolios and moving in from Kalifornia is one component, but there seems to be an over abundance of cash in that market. I am sure it is tempting to sellers to get 25-40% above values.

We just listed our home here this week. I have gotten cold calls for weeks now from people wanting to offer a "different approach" to selling our home, which in some instances I believe is related to hedge fund purchasing, and have solidly resisted.

Division makes it easier for the left to control everyone. It's all by design.

So people are selling their homes to Blackrock and making good money? Good for them.

Only issue I’ll have is if the home values correct and the Federal Government steps in and bails Blackrock out...

Arent you sick of these places creating bubbles and the whole country paying the price for it? These vultures hop from one poorly regulated sector to the next.

Read the agenda. They're following it.

I see your point but they aren’t creating the bubble - the monetary policy that allows them to get $ at low interest rates is. Inflation is increasing - when the Fed fund rate finally gets increased their buying will slow down.

They know exactly what they are doing and know they will face zero repercussions when the bottom drops out.

Im with IV, i wouldnt sell unless it was to real folk, not an entity.

No doubt… They don’t call it “unify and conquer” for a reason.

It’s totally the homeowners decision. Nobody is forcing them to sell.
