One of the honkers was local banded about 5 miles north of were he died 4 years ago. The other was banded in Iowa this past summer. We have killed a couple bands from Ontario in years past a mallard and a honker that I recall. Specks didn't really start showing up here until mid 2000s. We call them the gadwal of geese they can do some goofy stuff.

Always a good time that was a fun day and a great group to hunt with.

It was probably sympathy weight for his lady at that time. You know how he like to stay connected to his feminine side. Either that or all that chocolate milk he drinks
