I just bought a large lot of old foam decoys. Got a bunch of once fired paper hulls and a box of nib old wads. Is there any value or should I throw them out?
The paper hulls are easy to get new and shoot, just buy Fed Gold Medal papers. However the ALCAN wads have some value, I've seen guys looking for those before. Can't remember why, but it's been several times--those would get bought.
What Dave said on the paper hulls, don't see exactly what kind of Alcan wads those are, if they are the Flite -Max wads then you need Alcan data to load them. Value wise for the wads you might get $10-$15 for them. At a gun show I bought three full boxes of Alcan 10 gauge PGS gas seal wads and paid $15 for all three.
