That would be an un-ban. You want to un-ban Sunday hunting.

Planting corn and then flooding it is absolutely baiting. Legal baiting is different than illegal baiting. I realize it is semantics but the limits are based on the laws that are presently in the books. If duck numbers are able to withstand limits, then these laws are adequate. If enough people want to change the law, then you may have a footing. Presently I don’t think you will have enough support but we live in America so keep trying to get corn fields made illegal

This weekend I'm probably not going to fire a shot but I will take pictures of all the ooser rigs.
So far I've seen Virginia, Georgia, and Mississippi.
No Carolina boys yet but tomorrow there will be Tennessee and Kentucky and some more Illinoiz.
New hobby of mine. May as well the ducks ain't playing around at all. Game wardens are scratching their heads too.

I say ban any kind of hunting equipment or strategy that I don’t employ on the grounds of it being completely immoral.
If I can’t get a duck nobody should.

Gotta kind of watch it. Some bans could be great for the private land hunter, but not the public land hunter

From the .03 percentage in iowa I'm guessing percentage of ground in public ownership.
If that's wrong I'll go with average blood alcohol percentage by state
