I’ll eat both, as was stated above. But, I’d prefer pork if I had my choice. Big Ol fat pork chop or steak…. Chopped pork on a bun, pulled pork nachos…. With country bobs hickory and brown sugar sauce on top…. Tough to beat
I like fatty beef ribs and a dry rub Or any good tasting BBQ on pork.
Years back I was kind of a BBQ junkie in Portland. Friday nights I liked looking for some of the guys that BBQ in front of their house, a park, empty lot ,,,, Im going to steriotype type, but old black guys made the greatest BBQ.
I attended a Ribfest in Mankato Mn. Kind of a bad joke, suckering me in thinking I was going to have great ribs, Dont get me wrong some ribs were good,,, But none of those award winning BBQ ribs compared to the guys in Portland.
