Just watching the concrete work on the pit, and knowing what that costs, the place is beyond my means. Jim, well, that's another story...he's got Elon hustling to stay ahead.

Benji Cain. He has an excavating company doing a variety of dirt and rock work. In March 2020, having had a massive leak in my pond for a few years along with a large catalpa tree that had fallen over the dam, we hired him and his then 18 year old son. He ran the excavator and his son ran the bobcat. In one day they removed the tree, totally rebuilt the damaged area of the dam and rebuilt my 150 yard long drive with crushed limestone. The son did all the drive work with the bobcat and a garden rake. I was totally impressed. The drive had always been a problem but may never need work again. The pond holds water as it should. Best 3K we ever spent. At the time he and the boy had been bit by the waterfowl fever and were developing a seasonally flooded area just west of Spillway road at Crab Orchard. I'm guessing that was the start of this endeavor. I looked at FB and verified that this was the same guy. After witnessing the quality of his work and his work ethic, the apparent quality of this duck operation does not surprise me.
