My wife thought this thing is dumb until about the 5th time we used it and got it right. Now it's a must have.

The parts touching iron get real crispy. Nice.
That thing is very heavy you do not want to get smacked by one I tell you what.

Pour the sugar to it! I like my cornbread to taste like pound cake. Lol.
Hell nah. I’m not the biggest fan of most boxed cornbread mixes cause they’re too sweet. I like cornBREAD, not corn cake. Especially with my chili. A good cornbread with bacon, cheddar, and jalapeños mixed in is a helluva savory treat.

Up the spices man. Chili is supposed to have some bite. And next time use a roast and just let it stew in the chili until it falls apart. The fat that renders out will give such a good beefy flavor to your chili and the meat won’t be rubbery like hamburger can get. Otherwise, it looks pretty good though.
