Why not hand it out to all hard working Americans who are in need of it - period. Why not equal priority? Are you asking, or just asking rhetorically? Because this redistributes wealth; remember when they wanted to force businesses to have a certain percentage ownership be PoC? Boards of Directors restructured to include greater percentages of PoC? How some on the Left went so far as to suggest affluent white people should be forced to structure their wills to leave their homes to low income families, particularly those of color?
