Did a turkey in the Big Easy again last night. Came out great as usual nice and crispy outside juicy inside. Had a couple of our friends over they like it as well .

Pretty simple really. I got it for Christmas couple years ago easy to put together. Hook it up to your propane tank hit the igniter and turn the heat to full. I use Tony's on the bird put it in the basket and put it in the cooker. About 1/2 hour before its done I put the lid on it so it browns and crisps up. 10 minutes per pound. The grease drips into a pan and the basket comes out for easy cleaning. I've probably done a half dozen turkeys really nice looking browned and crispy, some ribs and a bunch on whole chickens.
