Blind Cover

Got rid of the flippy covers this year and went naked. Covered the dirt with thick layers of straw. Nothing but full body decoys around the blind and large bundles of water grass or johnson grass lying between hunters and around corners to make the black hole smaller. Adjust blind stool as low as she goes. Eye level with the edge of the tank. Worked great. I have a bunch of flip covers for sale!

Will probably go back to this next year. A lot easier for my dad then having covers. Just need to build the land back up around the blind. Blind was flush when we put it in now it’s 8” from top of blind to island.

I know the Delta Peat Dirt is a little different but never seen a blind buried like that before.
