Partner and I aren't using it enough. Spent the last few seasons getting it absolutely dialed in including an anchor system that handles gale force winds no problem. Steel frame blind built like a tank. Stored at Russo's when not floating. I will show whoever buys it everything and help them anchor and decoy next season so they know the ropes. PM for more details and price

. It's a place to go and some days it's epic. You'll always see ducks. Currently it's blind 59 and if you want that spot I'll put my name on the paperwork with you next season so you can keep it moving forward. Hunts 4 very comfortable with dog. Could hunt 5 or even 6 if you really like each other. Let's talk...

I have hunted the tract for 15+ years off and on. I have hunted this blind. It’s solid. 59 is in a good spot. The blind is stable and definitely sea worthy.

Cant imagine what it would take to anchor something that big in the waves and winds of that island but I have heard stories of engine blocks and naval size chain. Not for me but someone should have fun with it.

Cables and pipes. Did it for many years in the Tract.
