Bonta appeals case

Now comes the dance with the Ninth. They can hear the appeal and stay the injunction. Hear the appeal and Not stay the injunction or not hear the case at all and it will get appealed to SCOTUS where the whole law will get tossed.
There are a couple other scenarios that can happen but I think those are the most likely.
This is just a delay tactic by the state. They know they are going to lose.
I would love to see the Ninth hear the appeal and stay the injunction without a hearing. It will get kicked up to the SCOTUS on a emergency hearing just like happened in New York the last 4 times when they ignored the Bruen decision.
Hurry up and wait.

California has had a string of real winners (sarcasm intended) before him as AG including Becerra and Harris.

Best 3 months worst 6 months. In the end we win. The state knows it and SCOTUS made it the law of the land.

The only reason we continue to have unconstitutional so called laws is an illegal supermajority form of gov , not that it matters cus cowards won’t do a thing about it , it’ll take outside interdiction to fix it .. too bad I’m not a billionaire it would happen .. such a load of crap that they can appeal a blatantly Unconstitutional so called law … should never happen and like I say knowingly passing a so called law that is Unconstitutional is a crime and should be punishable by death … so it stops … Consequences that matter stop stupid … but it takes men not cowards to make things change .. far Too many cowards in AMERICA …
