So how do you tell a "nuisance goose" from one that minds their own business?

At my house, the nuisance geese aren't breathing. Otherwise, it's difficult.

Apologies if already posted, don't feel like reading all the pages.
Y'all need the Arkansas Game and Fish. They did such a great job with the giant Canada Geese project back in the 80's that they're everywhere now. We even have an early basically conservation season on them.
As a kid it was awesome to see or even kill one. Now...........I and many others hate the damn pests, they're everywhere, leave turds all over the yard, and ain't that great eatin' anyway.

It's a judgement call. Someone lives on a lake to enjoy the beauty it provides. They move there knowing the geese live there. They complain because they honk all night, eat their grass, and **** on their dock. Move!

For the data nerds out there, here are some visuals for Canada Goose populations in state over the decades.

First is of mid-winter goose populations So ILL from 1985 - 2015.

Second is of mid-winter goose populations in North-Central ILL from 1985 - 2015.

Data derived from FWS Mid-Winter Surveys, which have been in a state of disfunction since the mid 2010's (hence lack of recent data).

Not conclusive by any means, but interesting...

Do geese even migrate to Canada anymore or do they just scatter out in U.S ? Does the mythical MVP flock still exist ?
