This case is a lot bigger than over restrictive concealed carry permits. The court has said that the Second Amendment is in fact as important as all the rest and any state regulations have to be held to that high standard, as much as the First Amendment.

Assault weapon bans, magazine capacity, ammo purchasing restrictions and all the rest of all the BS California has been doing will be struct down.

The court in all their wisdom said in their decision that the 2and is just as important as all the rest of the amendments.

I hope so. Between excessive taxes and laws regulating everything, everytime our legislators are in session it seems like we are under constant attack. It may not be to the level of Putins misles landing in your neighbors home, but an attack nonetheless. They attack our lives, livelyhoods, and pursuits (like hunting). I wonder what the hero’s of our American revolution would think of our current situation as we celebrate the congress of 1776 telling the King where to stick it.

My two cents. No need for a magazine in excess of 15. No need for bump stocks. No need for automatic weapons. If you disagree, that is up to you and I respect that but what is rediculous is the notion that your fully auto 25 or 50 round auto capacity is needed to exercise the right to bear arms to stick up to the man. If the man wants to stick it to you, U will lose. Period. Should we have the right to bear tanks? How about nukes? That’s what it will take, so if you buy into the militia but say no nukes, you are drinking the koolaid.

Have any of you gone to a gun range in the last five years and seen the looserville touting these weapons? It’s clear to me that many people just get off on owning and shooting these weapons. I hunt. I own guns. I’m conservative. But I also have eyes, and a brain. My own eyes and brain say what’s the point of such weaponry? Honestly, what is the point? Mexico becoming the next Russia? What say your eyes and brain! Inquiring eyes and brain want to know.

I will see your 15 and raise it to 7…no mags over 7, make it 6 rounds, and no shotguns with more than two. One in each barrel, who out there needs more…getting off on three. pfffft, reeeeeeeeediculous
