    If you have a sensitivity to MSG, there's a fair amount of it in Cavenders, so be aware. I use it all the time, steaks, salads, burgers, very good on Lamb!

    To my knowledge, I’ve never had lamb. I see the chops in the grocery store but have never bought it. Next time I will and season it with cavender’s.

    My favorite is the center cut loin chops, or I will BBQ a butterflied leg of lamb. I use the leg leftovers for lamb curry. Lamb is one of those things you either like or you don't. The fat has a very distictive taste, and can be a little strong (which I like).

    I’ll look for the center cut loin chops this weekend. Can I just pan fry with oil/butter in a cast iron skillet?

    Plus finely chopped garlic (and a splash of white wine).And yes.

    Very true. I tried making it again a few months ago for a group and the folks that like lamb said it was fantastic, but I just admitted to myself it ain't for me. Wife and kids don't care for it either.
