Hope you all can make it. I plan to. A good time for you to voice any concerns and/or ideas for the upcoming season.

If hunters want more opportunity and land opened up to hunting then be at this meeting. The Feds are putting more and more water out on the east side which is holding more and more birds every year. We need to expand hunting over there but need more public pressure to get this done.

So come to the meetings, send emails if you can't make it or make phone calls. They need to be hearing from all of us who want more opportunity. If you belong to a club and the hunting has gotten worse and worse, now you know why.

People "think" the birds aren't making it down but there are thousands upon thousands in the late season locked up over there. So we need to get some access into there and get the birds moving a little.

    Now is the time folks........

Quiet Kevin , not everyone needs to know ! It has been getting better and better if you know where to go on the Eastside .
How about opening the refuge behind the Crane Ranch ? OR , providing better access to East Bear Crk as there's many options for better hunting ?
I kinda like it the way it is !

A great opportunity to learn about the refuges that you hunt, provide input and develop positive relationships with managers and staff.

Think about how many days you make yourself available to hunt. Change your schedule and show up if you use these refuges. Most of the folks running refuges are really good people. Working WITH them is what will make the refuges better

I wonder how many folks will show up to this? Could even talk about issues at Mendota.
