It is 4 on a Friday boys. Enjoy the weekend. Catch yall Monday.
'Guage, the more you talk, the more I think I'd like to take you hunting with me. Let me know when you'll be at CB next season and I'll meet you at the parking lot.
Or, I can pick you up at the Baltzell.
You can pick the spot, or I can pick the spot.
Fair warning....the 1:00pm closing time helps the avg....if you like killing all your ducks between 12:30 - 1:00.
I don't know how I know that since I'm still trying to kill my first duck....but somehow I do.
Pay attention NRs: here is where you fill your straps with bootlips and mergansers. Yellow = Trophy Hooded Merganser
Well at first there were valid points being made on both sides, but then feelings got hurt and people began to be unreasonable. You can't reason with unreasonable people. It's my fault though... I just couldn't resist stirring the coals lol... I just needed to let these guys simmer down a little.
But you've been doing a good job carrying the load. Press on soldier. Lol.
See you there opening weekend! We can share the hole!
When I grow up, I want to be a KS resident. Maybe then I will know what it takes to kill my first Mallard...
I used to go out there all the time....didn't help me none. But, I hear the hunting is phenomenal there now, so it should be on everybody's list.
52 years of trying has me a bit beat down....but this could be the year I kill a duck and can finally report my success on the yearly survey.
No need to become a Kansas resident or to grow up!
Lots of OOS pre-pubescents kill their first mallard in Kansas.
Also their first Northern Shoveler and their first Ruddy..... not to mention their first American Coot.
