When we want fried chicken we head down to an old tavern just off the River bottoms here in Mayestown.....Hank & Lillys. The owner gal comes to your table and asks how you like it fried. They have fried chicken, livers, and gizzards every Fri-Sun. I could eat it all three days every week if I wanted to weigh 3 spins.

I can't do "fast food" chicken....from anywhere.

Canes is fine but nothing special either imo. Popeye's and Southern Classic are king of fast food fried chicken imo. If either would take some logistics training from Chik Fil A they'd rule the fried chicken world.

The Chicken Place in Ireland, IN is fine chicken eating. The hot spicy chicken at Gus's in Memphis is really good too.

I enjoy their chicken sammiches, nuggets and tea. They appear to train and manage their employees much better than most fast food places. If we eat in someone always stops by the table a couple times asking if you need anything. I have never seen any rainbow woke chit there and hope I don't.
