Looks good. Hope you all enjoy. Christ almighty you just ruined my appetite for my mother in laws ham. I do have left over rib roast we made from your recipe you previously posted and it turned out great. As famished as I was from fowl and deer hunting yesterday the three of us didn't put a dent in it with my youngest daughter and her hungry boyfriend out and over his families.

Looking good! I should have pulled mine at 120-125 instead of 130 but turned out ok.
Mine is in the Orion, smoking. Comes out in 25 minutes.
It's crazy how cheap rib roast are this year. One our local stores had them on sale for $4.99 a lb. That ends up being the same price as a good turkey, I don't get it.
