I had 1 left in the freezer a small 4lbr so I let it rip
Found it yesterday looking for a chicken and thought what the heck

    season w your favorite
Let it rest for 4-5 hrs before cooking to get closer to room temp

to get cook time multiply lbs of meat times 6.
    So 4lb rib roast x 6 minutes = 24 minute cook time
    6lb roast x 6 = 36 minute cook time

    heat oven to 500 degrees
Insert meat for exactly time figured above. Never open door again
    I cooked this 4lbr for 24 minutes

turn oven off and don’t open door
Let it stay in closed oven w oven off for 2hrs more

    remove and slice
It’s perfect everytime. I’ve done them up to 12lbs before

I assume that Cade isn't home so maybe you and your wife might get a smidgen of that.
