    Looks great. Try 3 Pines Holiday Prime rib recipe for seasoning. You have to make it not a rub in a jar. This one deserves trying instead of the BGE.

    DFS - If one were to want it a little more medium to well how much time do you think needs to be added per pound?

    Add .5 to the multiplier
    6.5 minutes per lb

    The oven I had before was a little more done at 6

    You might buy a 2bone roast like that one for a test run in your oven

    If it were to come out rare for your liking kick the oven on broil
    Slice and place in oven w the drippings and watch real close
