Closed door standing rib roast

    If you want a little better bark raise that rack up to where it's above the rim of the pan. The hot air will flow better and not steam it quite so much.

    It’s up there pretty good getting some bark already only 12 minutes in on a 35 minute cook. Looks great.

    Turned out awesome. Didn’t take any pics. It was a mad house. Family and friends were constantly in and out. Very Grateful to say the least. Merry Christmas!!

    If I have guests who like it a tad more done than rare, I have the grill ready, and toss their slice on a hot grill for a min or so. Everyone happy.
