WOW I just leave the upper part of my bunks out of water. My sideboards guide it on. Goose motor and stop about 6” from winch. Use trailer ladder to exit. Hook up winch and ready to go.

Yep, just never thought it was hard.

I'm sure the guy who thought that up is very proud of himself. And he should be.
Just seems like the answer to a question that few boaters have asked.

Putting a small boat on a trailer is not that difficult.

Loading a boat on a trailer depends on conditions. Try loading on a big river in flood stage or better yet load off a beach on the ocean in a good surf.

I’ve loaded plenty of times on a major river in flood (MS is an example), and I’d rather run the boat up tight and fast than use the contraption in the video. As slow as it pulls, the keel could easily end up over a bunk. Only been in one boat loaded on a beach.
