Cost and availability of hunting ammunition???

Started using Kent Bismith at the end of last season. I was only able to find the upland #5's , they worked great, dead birds before they hit the water; just like the old days of lead. The last two days of 2023 this week, we shot only Winchester Super X steel to use it up and every bird the dog brought in was still kicking, but one. Bismith may cost more, but with one shot and done it might be about the same.

If things keep going the way they are right now, then $100 dollar bill will be the new $20!

3" winchester xperts are down $30/case locally from June @ $199 to $169 as of yesterday.
I think once things start settling out, $140-$150 will be the new bottom end for cases of steel, maybe down to $130.
