Crio & Crio + choke?

    What is the difference between these chokes? Just bought an SBE 111 in 20 gauge chokes that came with it just say Crio on them.

    It's more likely crio plus are your threads at the end of the choke tube or back about 3/4" of an inch?... if they are back 3/4" its crio plus...

    Not sure why they label some as +.
    I agree, it is confusing. They are identical...same in every way.

    My reply was a bit hasty. Apparently the crio was only used for a very short time. Iv'e never actually seen a crio with threads at the end (muzzle).

    That's what I thought also that they did away with it and everything now is crio plus... it was short lived but I remember the threads being at the end of the barrel like the mobil thread but the choke was longer like the crio plus just thread position changed

    @Long Shot you have crio plus tubes in your gun

    The part I do not understand is, there is no mention of the name or type of choke in the owners manual. The chokes just say Crio not Crio+ on them and in looking at chokes to order for the gun most just say Crio also.

    Why dont you see how the factory extended ic and mod pattern before buying tubes?.... I've shot my factory tubes in all my benellis I've tried some aftermarket only aftermarket I've tried that had a slight edge over my factory was kicks tubes
