Do you have money flowing through your property?

    It’s got nothing to do with DNA, and everything to do with the fact that they aren’t the ones making said dump run.

    Yes. A cousin who owns adjacent property is having a solar farm put in. The 3-phase they need to hook to crosses me. I sold the easement for a generous one-time fee. Installation is this Fall.

    I sold a property that had about five running through it. It was a bonus because they cleared a lot of my cedars out and made some great trails. We also how power line easements going through it.

    My current lease has two lines going through it now.

    Exactly once mine had to start getting rid of them from the garage she started breaking down every one now.

    Some big companies have a couple of fiber optic easements along our property. Back in the mid 90's? one of them told me the value of the data going thru their cables was about $500,000 per hour.

    I lease some property for deer and turkey hunting that has a number of gas wells and pipelines all over it.
