Anyone heard one or heard anything about them?

Can’t see how it would be any better than any of the other mondos but seems interesting and fun to play around with.

A guy posted a vid on FB. Nothing too terribly great IMO. Sounded muddled to my ear. I did ask if it was legit (2) .014 reeds....never got a reply.

I would think two full .014 reeds would be pretty stiff to blow. YMMV.

I ran one of these at callapalooza that Jim had in his office. I was pleasantly surprised. You sacrificed nothing by having two reeds and seemed a little easier to operate. Jim even said he’d probably have one on his lanyard this year.

I set one up a few years ago as a dr. I used the thinner reeds, cut the top one a bit shorter, dimpled strongly. I liked it a lot. It had rasp for days and could feed a lot easier. I only ran it for one season, but it was easy to use.
I tend to prefer the regular mondo, but it’s just preference.
