Spicy Curry Stew With Nut Brown Ale
I can almost taste it!
That's the brand I use to make pork or chicken Japanese curry. I always wondered if duck or goose would work. What no rice? Do you use the beer to thin down the mixture?
Beer is to complement the spiciness. I added a little extra water than what the directions call for. Other than that, I prepare it the same way I would chicken or beef for this type of curry. I’ll sometimes put it over rice, but didn’t with this patch.
