I would think that there needs to be a bunch of new energy sources to keep our standards of living high (and our birthrates low). Fracking was one of these. What is else? Nuclear? might be but politically unacceptable.
    Just wondering....

This is largely why people of my generation give boomers so much grief.

Sam - help me understand your comment above. Is it because you young whipper snappers can't handle the truth that you've about forked everything up you can and your going to have to pay the piper or is it because your a clueless little brat that has had everything spoon feed to you your entire life or what is it? Any way please explain it to me I'm a boomer that needs some grief. This pandemic and political BS is making me into a old curmudgeon.

No way , I'm trying to figure out away to make some money off all you southern boys, that's going to heading north.
Going to use that to buy some ground in Canada so the grandkids can be set for the next invasion of mid west guys going north 20 years after that.

how have the younger generations, who have next to no political power, messed things up? Do people from your generation really think that? America has been in decline for decades, long before millennials were born, yet its somehow our fault?

As far as participation trophies, for a lot of boomers their whole lives have been one big participation trophy.

Unfortunately the younger generations have been filled with propaganda through public schools:(. And now they vote.
