    Eh not much. Probably won't be a lot to scout until the migration really gets going. I have accepted that I will have to do a lot of driving if I want to find ducks lol.

    Good Lord, scouted the holston above cherokee. Saw a few coots. Pitiful...

    same on Loudon and Douglas....nada 'kept for coots and and boat dock ducks

    Yup my scouting has turned up the exact same results. Couple singles at Melton Hill but nothing to write home about. Looks like I'm going to have to drive west to hope for any luck this weekend.

    My hat is off to you East TN duck hunters. I took a job in Johnson City in September 1990. In February of '91 I made it my business to find a job elsewhere due to the duck situation. By March I'd moved to Chattanooga, and that was a bit better, but I still found myself driving to West TN and AR more weekends than not. By '92 I'd moved to Memphis.
