Jeez...When I clicked on this thread, I thought the speeding case was still being tried (after all it is Eastville) after three years! The wheels of justice turn slowly in Eastville.

In Eastville? I'm guessing that this occurred on US13. I'm not sure that the town juristiction of Eastville takes in the highway...I"m a big fan of Custis, Dix, and Lewis.

My case was not traffic I sued my boss. He made an awful mistake and we built on top of his goof. Tear it down...do over and he didn't even want to pay me once much less twice.
Court clusterfork. Judge forced payment of the amount we originally agreed upon. He (my boss) also agreed to make it right when we renegotiated prior to the demo.
I got shafted all legal like. At least I got paid once.
Lawyers suck. No hearts. No soul.
They lie too. Snakes in suits.
