Few years ago the blind next to us shot this thing. They said it flew in to the decoys.

Had a flock of honks come in and I whacked the giant of the flock, a greylag I believe. Thing was huge with a big knot above the beak.

About 12 years ago I had a drake blue bill hanging around my pond. I think he had a bb in him cause he’d spook and only fly a few feet off the water and go to the other side of the club. I left him alone and called him my pet for about two weeks. Then Refugeguy came up hunting with me one day and now that blue bill is standing above his TV on a piece of drift wood…
