Here are the results I got from a set I shot 2 weeks ago. Here are some killer 3" loads that are easy as heck to load. Fiocchi 3" with FIO 616 Primer (Tan Hull) BPI #10-118 1-1/8oz of BB's LBC43 dusted with mica 1625, 1593, 1614, 1585, 1601 Federal 3" (Clear, Paper Basewad) From BPI RSI # 87 Sam 1 2.75 Dusted 450gr of #1's 1760, 1726, 1718, 1752, 1703 (This loaded crushed a Specklebelly last weekend, nothing but a POOF! of feathers) Fiocchi 3" with FIO 616 Primer (Tan Hull) BPI 10-319 1550, 1551, 1555, 1565, 1545 2.75 MM wad Ive found the BPI LBC43 and Multimetal wads to give me exactly what the book states for velocity. The multi-metal loads are slightly higher in pressure than the LBC43, so Im sticking with them just for the recoil aspect, and maybe alittle wildcatting if I want to push them slightly further. The RSI stuff Im shooting are all wildcats. FIO38 and the modified RSI #87 are not in the books, but I sure like em. The loads Ive tried "By the book" are falling short, so I dont know what to think. Ive got a few more RSI loads to test out, so Ill keep ya posted. Might get to the range tomorrow in fact, who knows. Was a good day to go fishing down here. OD1 ....
