Favorite fish to catch??

Yeah but those big ugly suckers sure are good to eat!

Honestly, they're too danged big. My last trip I brought home 100lbs. It took us over a year to eat it all. "Oh come on dad, not halibut again!"

Tarpon on a fly, and nothing really compares. I went Halibut fishing once in AK. I'd do it again for the meat but it's work not fun. Locally, I love to float & fish for smallmouth bass, trout and the occasional Striper/Hybrid.
