Hopefully the start of many for this years snow push. Killed 14 of em today
Nice job! Jealous. Hoping for the same in a couple of weeks farther north.
We’ve got some really decent feeds in the area right now.
Looking forward to Saturday....
You guys ever do any jumps down there?
All the Southern Illinois guys i know all do jump shoots.
Rumors of massive numbers still south of you.
Omw to AR to shoot em up for 4 days. Hoping for the best.
Nice blues. 1 Ross?
Nothing worse than putting the work in and scouting then setting up for someone to jump shoot the birds. Happens here in southern illinois all the time Usually a group of young kids.
Yeah, even worse when it's a roost. 2 years ago someone shot a nearby roost right at daylight, and beyond belief, those birds came over us and came right in. But 2018 was magical like that and most were juvies. Last year we were setting up after the morning feed 1/2 mile from the lake the birds went to, and some kids came in and busted them. That one didn't benefit us at all as most left and very few birds came looking for our field on the evening feed.
All for that hero shot to post on facebook
original poster awesome shoot any double digit shoots with out a caller in illinois is a winner
@ARHHH4 Awesome shoot!
@fboutdoors Agreed and really any double digit w/out caller south of Canada is a win for me!
