    good comment about wearing a respirator. i found out quickly how the tiny particle get all over the place even using a large plastic high sided bin and haven't been wearing a respirator or mask when flocking and have noticed black particles afterwards when I blew my nose. I think I will start wearing a mask or respirator in the future.

    I did mine a few years ago , bigfoots with the heads screwed on . I just found it easier to do with the heads off. I drilled a bunch 1 1/4 inch or so holes in some old osb strips and set across the saw horses. To dry I just set the bill in the hole.
    I'd went alot better with 2 . One painting and 1 flocking.
    If I remember I bought 1 pound and did the heads and tails of 5 dozen, several dozen shell heads ,some floaters and another dozen and a half bfs that one of the guys had.
