See lots of products for injector cleaning, tune up etc.

Do you use any? Are they worth it?

Sea foam in the crankcase treatment is intriguing me.

I put seafoam in my boat when I got it, not sure if it did any good, it was running fine before hand. I also put it in my trimmer, blower, and lawn mower, it seems like it made them run a little better for a while, but again it is just opinion, no facts. I don't really put anything in my truck since it gets fresh gas all the time.

I use STP gas additive, every fill up.
it has some jet fuel.
removes some water build-up, recommended by my mechanic.

Stabilizer in ATV, chainsaw, mower, weed wacker, boat motors and generator. It all starts and runs well despite the infrequent useage of some stuff.
YMMV.

Chevron's Techron, about once a year except for the Corvette which gets it with every fillup, because it goes for about a year between fillups....
