I remember filling up my explorer and it was $26.
Was way back in the 1900s...we had winter.
Calendar migrations. Easy to kill ducks.

Put gas in my F150 today. 36 gal tank, pump cut off a $100. Got about 22 gals. Just put hose up and quit, didn't bother to restart pump again. Owners manual says to use premium, but not at these prices.

What's interesting is around here diesel hasn't changed price in like 2 weeks.

Gasoline.is jumping like crazy though. Can't even fill up my tank on one credit card swipe.

I might actually buy the damn electric truck if this keeps up.
$6 a gallon for diesel is more than high enough and to be honest diesel should be lower than low test gas I terms of the refinement process. Typically get higher mpg with diesel than gas so they stick it to ya in terms of cost.

Double damn!
Bridgeport, where that picture was taken, is very pretty country on the east side of the Sierras. 12-14K foot snow covered peaks nearby. A bit in the boonies and never been cheap, but those prices will get a guys attention! Tons of trout fishing in the nearby lakes and streams. Drove through there 3 weeks ago going to Death Valley.
