Been a saunders guy for years. Pretty much the only goose calls I use .
With that being said the best answer is whichever call fits you best and you are most confident using. I see no wrong answers here. If your killing birds with Ernest fartwhistle calmm km s and you like the call that’s all that matters

But, I am thinking of getting a couple of C&S calls.

Really like the looks of those C&S!

18 years ago I started students turning calls I could make any sr work on geese in seconds, if reasonably tuned.

My wife saw my plastic flip top bin of calls a couple years ago. She knows what some of those calls cost. But luckily I remembered who gave me each of the freebes.
My most treasured call is a Toxic, mostly because of how I got 5he call.
We had just finished setting and were crawling in the blind, a pair of geese were coming in. We told the kid (19 years old) to load up. . His gun was still cased, dad handed him a gun. I gave him shells and the geese slid off from all our movement.
I commented my call were in my bag 10 feet away.
The kid said he had this crappy call in his pocket and tossed it to me. I got on it the bird hooked back and he killed the pair.
The kid was getting out of the blind an another pair was coming in. A little call work and the kid killed that pair.

The kid was done. It was hours later before the next birds showed.
The kid told me to keep the call.

My least favorite; i was given a prototype call from Browning, cast acrylic.. to try. The call took a lot of air and was ridiculously loud.
It made good sounds, I would run out of air using it.
I like to mix it up and use different calls on different hunts.
I learned a short reed on a Tommy Stutzman, I like using those just because
