GPS the two blinds. If he is closer than 300 yards, make him move again.

Caliduckbuster,
Damn sounds like a bad deal:mad:
I hope things work out better for you there next time since you already worked so hard just to make it through.

That is the answer. :)

Next year, only licensed hunters should be able to draw for blinds.

To the guys hunting in the "Willows" at Modesto Res;
We also, have blinds back there, and have noticed on 2 ocassions, 2 vehicles, 1, a white Chevy 4x4 crew cab ,and 2, an off-white, Ford 4x4, crew cab, driving in from the ranch off Crabtree Road. They drive out to the point behind "Hanks Cove" and appear to hunt the water at the end of that point, but not all the way to the "Mallard Hole". This will explain why blinds in the
"Lower Channel" and the "Mallard Hole " have been getting peppered. This appears to be a complete violation of safety regs at the reservoir, and is allowing certain individuals to bend the rules to their advantage, while compromising the safety of the other blinds in that area, and also "Fouling" the area with vehicles parked back there. On the opening weekend, hunters in our blinds noticed shooting back there, and investigated at the end of the day, only to find decoys, and wasted waterfowl. We have seen them drive in and out recently also.
Identifying photos were taken, and turned over to the authorities, and hopefully, this situation will end.
