My local grocery store carries Decoy in several different grape varieties.

At a starting point of seventeen+ $ for 750 ml that is a little too rich for my MD20/20 budget.
Not much of a wine drinker - but I prefer red over white. I can't tell the difference in flavor between a Merlot from a Cabernet Sauvigon.

My wife is a wine drinker and she likes to on occasion switch up her grape varieties.

I’m not a red wine drinker. Always gives me a headache.

My favorite “after work” libation and one I always have on hand is Dos XX AMBAR. Yes…it is spelled Ambar. I drink it at room temperature.

Mexican beers are closer to the Czech beers and the Dos XX Ambar li more of a lager than a pilsner.

Pilsners are brewed like a Lager - cold temp/top fermenting yeast - but use a different top fermenting yeast and different hops.

My go to pilsners are Grolsch and Pilsener Urquell. I do like Yuengling's pilsner too.

Is Grolsch the one with that clamp on top?

There was a beer and cigar bar here in Houston down by Rice university that served almost every beer from all over the World.

I’m not sure what happened to it. It still may be around.

The area around Rice university is a very eclectic area called The Village..

They stores and bars cater to that upper echelon snob crowd.

I miss going there.

Come on man, get with the program, that's the bourbon guys lingo nowadays.....
No doubt. When younger, it's who has the bigger beef stick and with age it transcends into who has the most refined palette. :doh
